Gunther Hubrechsen and Rose-Adelaide Jouët have more in common than they thought.
In the same way as co-founder of Perrier-Jouët house’s taste for Art pushed her to create a bottle that not only tastes intricate and floral, but also looks like a masterpiece itself that makes the whole table set up look better, equally central to Chef Gunther’s culinary distinction is his passionate belief in plating each dish to heighten its visual appeal.
The chef frames each of dishes with an artist’s eye and constantly aims to fashion gastronomic works of art that please both eye and palate.
